Chessington Park Surgery

I've just been transferred from different surgery where booking appointment was just matter of one phone call. I've been trying for over a week to see any doctor and still couldn't book one. Went personally there as runned out of medicine and been told that someone will call me to discuss my problems. Days passed and no phone call. I'm barely month after suicide attempt and just like in past I'm being left with no doctors attention at all. This is absolutely unacceptable. First day I was refused to be registered. Due to lack of mask been told to register online. Unfortunately I have no access to internet and despite no clue how to do it online.
There is no contact details to make complaint. The only way is to book appointment in order to make complaint....how ironic.
I think I have no option but to liaise with other patients as there is no other way to I have very rare diseases and found that Doctor Kumar does not have an iota of empathy, I think he doesn’t believe I am so ill, even though I was diagnosed by a to get my view listened yoprofessor at UCL at the Royal Free Hospital. He has decided to I am an easy target to cut my medication even though I am 69 years old and I am in pain an bedbound for most of the time. Dr. Kumar clearly rules his GPS with a strict policy of do what Dr. Kumar says, there is no empathy of pro active care from this doctor.
Doctors not always helpful. I have asked about CT scan of my knee many times, but
doctors rejected in spite of I had a bad pain. They suggested painkillers and didn't care what has happened in general, bone destroyed or tendons broken. Poor service.
The care that This surgery gives to it's patients is excellent. All the doctors are brilliant and take a lot of trouble to explain medicines and procedures. They all have different specialist fields so there is always someone who knows what you are concerned about. The nurses are also excellent in the care of the patients and give advice and encouragement when needed. The reception staff, the first point of contact with the surgery, are very polite and helpful and making appointments is never a problem. I have been with this practice for 50 years and have never had cause to complain about anything. My wife has been with the practice for 70 years and will say the same. I recommend the surgery to everyone who needs a caring and well run practice.
In general the doctors, nurses and other staff are most helpful and I have no complaints . It is usually easy to get an appointment with a doctor if I arrive at the Surgery at 8;00am as it opens . However, I arrived at that time yesterday to make an appointment with a particular doctor who was familiar with my health problem. I was told that there were no appointments left for that day with that doctor. This was as the Surgery opened at 8:00am. I know that it is possible to make an appointment a week ahead but surely there must be time left for appointments on the day. Incoming telephone calls start at 8:00am so there could have been hardly any calls before I spoke to Reception.
