Went to chemist for advice who were brilliant and asked the correct questions to advise me that I would probably need to see a Dr to get an antibiotic. A quick visit to reception and I was offered an appointment by the most helpful person. My appointment was for 10.15 and that's the exact time I went in to see the Dr.i was examined and given advice and reassured about my symptoms. The whole experience for someone who hasn't been to the surgery for years was beyond my expectations.
