Fed up with being spoken to in such a rude manner by the reception staff. They always cite the pandemic as if we aren't aware of the extra pressure they have been under - we do know, but there is no excuse for rudeness , especially when dealing with people who are themselves stressed and worried about their own or a loved-one's health!

Suggested improvements
Just train receptionists to be more patient and empathetic
