Again l am forced to complain about the careless attitude of this GP Surgery! I ordered repeat meds in plenty of time. 6 days later l notice that the GP has not signed the prescription. As a result l went 2 days without blood thinning tabs and 5 other much needed including Ormoprozole to help with my stomach. I spent the whole weekend in bed with pain in the abdominal area. The manageress bangs on about how they work in a timely manner lol. Really? This surgery is dangerous and riff with incompetence. One very elderly receptionists is rude to the point of being vile as previously mentioned by others! My last complaint which was legitimate was met with the answer from the practice manager that l could go elsewhere? Typical answer from someone who has lost control. Having read the other poor reviews, l can honestly say they ring true!

Stop making the same excuses for not getting med requests authorised! Time and time again customers have complained about the same thing and you just do not listen do you?

Incompetance and full of mistakes time and time again. From forgetting to prescribe the medication to doctors forgetting to press the enter button on the PC that sends the prescription to the Chemist!

Stop getting incompetant non medical personal to open Hospital letters addressed to the doctors and scanning to file. If they are not qualified they will not see the part that says URGENT TREATMENT needed will they. You sre your own worst enemy with the way you speak and handle patients and slowly you are killing them off. Were not interested in your excuses for your incompenance ok. You agree to supply a service and clearly cannot. Quit and close your doors and we can use the larger medical centre round the corner. Then maybe the local community will benifit instead of not reporting health issues as their to scared of you! Shame shame shame.

Disgusting that a Doctor does not have the experience to deal with my condition and prescribe a well known treatment. Shameful

Look at my past notes and see that I have been prescribed prednisolone for my cluster headaches as Dr Rajh has so has 2 others!

The receptionist was polite and helpful and patiently made every effort to accommodate my request for a specific appointment. The doctor too was caring and explained my condition with care. I would recommend this surgery.

I have been a patient of this surgery on and off for 38 years. I have had nothing but first class treatment and care from this surgery. Mr GP Dr M Chen has been so good for me helping me find the right out reach services, as well as help me with my current medical conditions. The reception Staff have always been really understanding and helpful, and they have taken a lot of abuse from patients which i have seen first hand, but they still smile.
