The staff were all lovely. Everything was sorted and I feel reassured that all's OK.

Today I was seen on time, I was able to talk at length with my doctor. I would like to be able to collect my medicine from my surgery. The staff here say I like near a chemist in Fisckburgh. So they are not able to give me them at my surgery. This seams crazy to me.

I don't normally visit the surgery but this year I have had 2 appointments with Doctor Milligan, one with Dr Capna, and 2 visits to see Jane the practise nurse. On all occasions I have had an appointment made within a reasonable time scale and everyone above has been professional, informative friendly and helpful as have the receptionists. I know how hard you all work and are not always thanked so I would like you to know that it is very much appreciated and you should all give yourselves a well earned pat on the back! :-)
