I phoned at 8am on Monday morning and was in the doctor’s room at 8.30. Fantastic.

Suggested improvements
The doctor was excellent during the consultation but then prescribed me medication that neither the medical centre itself nor the five pharmacies I have managed to visit so far have stocked. This is very frustrating.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately the doctor when prescribing would not be aware of national shortages - please contact the surgery to see if there is an alternative that can be prescribed for you
