They are so mean and unhelpful in reception that it makes it difficult to make an appointment - I never know what new hurdle they will invent to make it difficult. I tried to talk to the Practice Manager to clear the air but after waiting for over an hour and being told she was coming when she was less busy, I gave up - it was so stressful waiting, even though I was trying to rise above the rudeness with which I have been treated.

Suggested improvements
It would be great if information about useful services - such as how to arrange repeat prescriptions - were clearly displayed. The reception staff all use different terminology regarding repeat prescriptions, extended prescriptions and ordering prescriptions online, which makes it difficult to discuss and the processes are very confusing. The less contact needed with reception staff, the better. It is very stressful, never knowing what new hurdle they are going to come up with next to make life difficult.

I am very disappointed to read this review - i am extremely shocked to read that you think the reception staff are mean and unhelpful - please call to make an appointment to meet with the practice manager to discuss your concerns in more detail. We have a website which shows how to order prescriptions online, if you have the NHS app it is very busy to just click on the link ordering repeat medication
