Busy surgery so long queue times, no ones fault. But appreciate that every effort is made to get an appointment on the day.

Apologies for the long wait on the phones but unfortunately we are looking after 8200 patients in a building designed to look after 4000 so we do not have enough room for more receptionist to answer the phones
