If we phone the surgery giving all the symptoms we are experiencing , either the receptionist will ask the doctor to phone, or make a suitable appointment.

Suggested improvements
Very difficult to get through at 8am!!

Hopefully the new phone system should help, when you call you do not have to wait on the phone you keep your place in the queue and when you reach number 1 you are automatically called back. We have also made 20% of appointments bookable in advance and also you can now book appointments online
