Appointments are limited & if you don’t by 8am all the appointments may have gone so you have to call back the following day or take an appointment several days ahead

Suggested improvements
The process of having to call at 8am to try & get an appointment that day needs to be looked into as it’s potluck & not great if you need to be seen or get an answer quickly

There are appointments available to book online, if you do not have online access please ask one of the receptionists and this can be set up for you. Also we do have a limited number of appointments available to book two weeks in advance, unfortunately a lot of these appointments are wasted as patients book then no longer need the appointment but do not call to book meaning a wasted appointment
