The appointment has been timely, the staff very friendly and helpful. Thank you for this and just keep it up.

Suggested improvements
The appointment booking telephone system maybe it can be improved. I have made some 7 calls and 2 of them were disconnected, lost my place in the queue and did not get to book the appointment on that very day
