Phoning at 08.00 lines are permanently busy can take 20 minutes or more to get through then no appointments left
Suggested improvements
Stagger appointments throughout the day dont give them all out in first 30 minutes of opening offer more telephone appointments to patients who do not require an examination by a doctor

We have changed the booking system so that 20% of appointments are available in advance. The phone system now has a call back facility where you don't lose your place in the queue. I have been monitoring wait times on the new system and the longest wait time has been 9 minutes. You are also able to book appointments online if you do not have this facility please ask at reception and they can get this set up for you
