A little disappointing that a condition which is relatively small at the moment which potentially could be resolved by minor key hole surgery has been advised to leave it until it becomes more of a condition, which would then probably require intrusive surgery.

Suggested improvements
Try being proactive rather than waiting to be reactive. Surely sorting a condition at an early stage is easier and cheaper for all party's than waiting for that condition to worsen. Resulting in patient time off work pre and post and more time taking up surgery and hospital beds.

I am unable to comment on your individual case as of course feedback is anonymous. I do however know that some conditions will not be accepted by secondary care for operation until they meet certain conditions and it may be that a referral for your condition may be rejected if not deemed immediate and necessary
