I went for an asthma review. Holly understood that I couldn't do a peak flow as I have a newly broken collarbone, and was scared if coughing. She gave great advice and checked jiw I took my inhalers. She also organised a weeks additional certificate as I wasn't still fit to work. She was kind and engaging. I went to the catoark, to get in my neighbours car, as he kindly took me. 1/2 an hour later, the practice manager ,Tracey Rymer bought my certificate to my house as I had forgotten to pick it up. Fantastic service from both, over and above. Thanks so much.
