Everything is perfect from the moment you arrived at the medical practice everyone is very helpful and very kind and you feel like you’re being treated well and that you’re being listened.

Dr Provins is always good. He made a link to a random illness and got me the treatments needed. I find getting the appointment ok. A little inconvenient as I have to start work ect. The receptionists are sometimes helpful but also sometimes very rude.

Receptionist needs a lesson in manners!!
