It can sometimes take a while to get through on the phone for a same day/emergency appointment, but the staff always do what they can to help, if at all possible. Booking ahead seems to have become a bit easier, for non-urgent appointments.

I have had to contact the doctors surgery a couple of times recently and couldn't fault the treatment I received. From the receptionists, nurse and doctors I saw, they were all friendly and professional, as always. I had appointments the same day and swift results.

Dr Geissler was patient and explained fully to me his reasons for not thinking the new treatment for losing weight is for me .IE the new injection .he did explain to me intermittent fasting and I came away excited about trying it ,I must say since I saw the doctor I have lost 9llbs and intend to carry on with this regime .which I find easier than counting calories or points .Would I see Dr Geissler again yes would I recommend him yes

the only problemsI have and I suspect I'm not the only one parking is a nightmare and the surgery itself while being clean and tidy is old dingy and a depressing place .This is not a slur on the doctors or staff who are always pleasent and efficient.
