My first time using the surgery and I found the whole experience from making an appointment to seeing the Doctor and Practise Nurse very simple and easy with no fuss. Great communication & lovely people.

I was shocked at how quickly I could get an appointment, the receptionist who took my enquiry was absolutely lovely, friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough to help. I have recently returned to the surgery after moving back to the area and so pleased to be back at Byfield medical centre! I would say this practice is outstanding, doctors are caring, supportive and don’t rush you out the door, the bloods nurses are lovely, and everyone working at the practice is extremely helpful and caring.

Just keep doing what you are doing!!

I went for an asthma review. Holly understood that I couldn't do a peak flow as I have a newly broken collarbone, and was scared if coughing. She gave great advice and checked jiw I took my inhalers. She also organised a weeks additional certificate as I wasn't still fit to work. She was kind and engaging. I went to the catoark, to get in my neighbours car, as he kindly took me. 1/2 an hour later, the practice manager ,Tracey Rymer bought my certificate to my house as I had forgotten to pick it up. Fantastic service from both, over and above. Thanks so much.

I made my appointment via the NHS app so receptionists not involved. Can usually get appointed if needed when ringing the surgery. Dr listened to what I had to say and acted in my best interest.
