On Monday morning I telephoned the surgery and was put through to an automated system. It suggested that I leave my number and that they would call me back. After ten minutes I received a call from the surgery but they immediately hung up. I left it and tried again on the following morning.
I am sorry that this happened to you if you would like to call and give me your telephone details i can check back in the system to see what went wrong as this should not happen

Toilet in main reception still out of order and building looking tired.
GP was professional and understood issues. Could have suggested a time to review symptoms as had for over 2 months. Reassuring me.
Thank you for your feedback - unfortunately the building is leased and we need a new medical centre but unfortunately our planning application was withdrawn by the council
The surgery is very busy so it can be difficult to get through.
I am sorry if there is a wait on the phone unfortunately we do not have room to have any more people answering the phones the staff are sitting two to a desk already due to lack of space within the building
Telephone queue for appointments can be long.
Worth the wait though!
