The entire staff at Byfield Medical Centre always go above and beyond to assist and help the patients. The doctor listened to the full reason as to my visit and then made a thorough examination. Once he had finished the examination he informed me that he was requesting an appointment with the Spinal team at the Horton for a scan in my neck and spine. I was prescribed medication to assist with the pain to my neck and to help block the pins and needles which has resulted in the best sleep I have had for months. Please keep on delivering the exceptional service that you deliver all day everyday to the residents in the Medical Centres catchment area.

Receptionists very understanding and helpful. Dr Provins who I saw at last appointment , is very kind and understands my medical condition well.

Byfield Medical Centre has been a godsend to me.Although it's sometimes difficult to get an appointment exactly when you want one, you can always get one eventually. The Doctors and nurses are wonderful and do a wonderful job. Keep up the good work.The reception Team have a very difficult job keeping everyone happy because there is nothing worse than an ill person phoning in but they cope very well.

I have been with byfield medical centre for 24 years and when I need them for me and my family they will always get us seen has for instance I was at the doctors yesterday at 2.20 and at 3.20 I was having tests at the John Radcliffe in Oxford that is what I call very good service.

I have always been happy with byfield medical centre they are perfect in every way they couldn’t be any better to me .

I feel that having to call for appointments on the day can be for those who are working at that time. It was easy for me as I was actually off work though. Online appointments would also be great. Especially for those with mental health issues, as very often just the thought of talking to someone on the phone triggers high anxiety.
