I feel that the new system is a great improvement. I've used it twice. On each occasion my email was answered within minutes. On the second occasion it was necessary for me to see the physiotherapist. An appointment was made for the next day. The physiotherapist was very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. No complaints from me.

Dr didn't listen to me. Told to eat meat even though I stated I'm a vegetarian. Exam bench not clean, used paper roll left on bench from previous patient with dirty equipment. Came out with referral irrelevant to concern so declined this as waste of resources. Worse consult ever had.

Initially the system was a problem, and calling could sometimes be an issue. But now the glitches have been resolved, no problem.( it could well have been user problem)

The consultation was totally focused on treating my symptoms for high blood pressure, understanding and treating the cause was never discussed. Given there are a number of possible causes this concerns me
