I left a message via the ‘contact us’ section online and received an invitation for a consultation for later in the day. The doctor phone me we discussed the options for my treatment. It could not of been better.

Online triage form is excellent and I got a good same day response. I really liked how I was able to connect my GP with some additional information after the appointment.

There is a delay on my blood test results but I believe this is due to a system upgrade which has known problems.

Used the new access system which was excellent and simple and received immediate responses. It took out all of the usual 7 o clock madness of trying to get an appointment. The care that I received went beyond my expectations. I was treated with unbelievable empathy and respect, culminating in a very tenacious Doctor managing to access immediate medical advice. Really couldn’t have hoped for more.

This is the first time that I have used the new emailing system and it was so incredibly efficient. I had had two emails from the doctor and a prescription organised within an hour. Excellent service.

To have a space on the form to put any symptoms that didn’t necessarily fit the symptoms stated on the form.
