Personable and very professional Doctor appointment. Organised additional investigation to hopefully rule out condition. 15 minutes from using on line access to face to face appointment. Left with Hospital appointment booked for the near future.

Depends but this instance I received a good service quick call back an arranged a doctors appointment the doctor was very thorough

I couldn’t log into the app and so rang the surgery. Very helpful lady walked me through the process. I requested a call back - received one swiftly and had an appointment booked within a matter of minutes.
