In addition to the points starred above, here are some further observations. The electronic method of confirming the patient's arrival in the waiting room is fast and efficient for all concerned. I have been a patient at this surgery for 13 months now, perhaps a total of six or seven visits. I have been particularly impressed with how punctual the appointments have been. Whether I have been seeing a nurse or a doctor, I have been called within minutes of the agreed time, sometimes even a few minutes early! Previous to moving to this area just over a year ago, I have lived in various other places in the UK. This is easily the best GP practice I have experienced and I have no suggestions how they could improve, even if NHS cash restraints were removed!
