The Galletly Practice is a modern, efficient GP practice. The phone consultation/booking system is easy to use and I find it much more convenient than always having to attend the surgery for simple and straightforward consultations. If a visit is needed then it is easily arranged at the time of the telephone consultation. It is difficult to easily see where there could be any significant improvements, although perhaps for some a weekend surgery/telephone consultation could be a benefit.
