You cannot get an appointment easily as all appointments are gone 10 minutes after the phone lines open, due to many houses being built in the area and there is no schools, Dentists Doctors etc being built to cope with the amount of people in the area.

Suggested improvements
You personally cannot, but there needs to more Doctors, Dentist and Schools etc to cope with the amount of houses/people in the area.

Good morning, I'm sorry to hear you are struggling to get an appointment, are you aware that we now offer an econsult service? It is available between 7am and 10am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, it can be accessed via the "ask my GP for advice" section. This form is the processed by our econsult team, they will aim to respond to you within 48 hours and you will be given either, an appointment with a clinician, given advice or signposted to a local service, these appointments can be face to face or via the telephone. Cannot get through on the telephone, all appointments are gone for the day by 8.10am

Not enough appointments for the amount of people living here now the new houses have been built.

It remains a daft race to call in at 8am and get an appointment if myself or a family member suddenly falls ill. That said as I am under a care plan for diabetes I do get review dates which are texted to me and appointments then are structured and easy to get.

Nothing on this appointment, you nurse Charlotte was thoughtful, good at listening and professional. I left feeling confident and knowing what to expect next

This form is then passed to the ehub team, they will aim to respond to you within 48hrs, they will either, book you an appointment with a clinician, give advice or signpost to a local service, these appointments could be face 2 face or via the telephone. Everyone was very helpful,in this instance I was invited to attend an annual review. In the past I have found it extremely difficult to get an appointment,and have waited up to 45mins to speak to someone on the telephone.
