I have not got to grips with the email system yet being a new patient but have had an appointment by going to the surgery in person.

Cannot think of anything. Have received very good treatment and care so far

As usual great service prompt timing for the appointment very friendly receptionist’s just a shame the end result was a jab.

Usually a long wait on phone and then not always managing to get appointment, but similar to other practices

Nothing of major note, things are difficult for the NHS these days which I understand
