Good afternoon, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for us, I am sorry you are finding it hard to get an appointment, are you aware that we now offer an econsult service? this service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am Monday to Friday and can be accessed via (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. Nurse Harriet was great and looked after me well including calling a doctor Middleton who was great too. I gave a middle answer on getting an appointment as this was made the last time I was there

Appointment on time. I was well informed by the nurse about the vaccine that I was having. The surgery was very clean. It was easy to get an appointment.

I had missed my B12 and was given an appointment for it 2 days later. Receptionist very helpful

Generally cannot get appointments and as I am extremely critally vulnerable I think people like me and should have so priority as the people queuing up outside at 8.00 are fit and healthy and are getting all the appointments and when I phone up at 8.00 I get a call back about 20 mins or more and they are all gone and I have to book a car to get there so I need 2 days notice to get one.
