I thought the receptionist was grumpy. I fully appreciate all Dr's are busy.
The phones are constantly busy. I had to go in to make the appointment.

I have always found making an appointment, all the way through to receiving treatment a very pleasurable experience.
They must have a very busy workload but remain totally friendly, approachable, and professional.
The reception staff all very helpful, nurses are friendly and caring,
The Doctors make you feel as if your the only patient on their books and investigate throughly. 1st class surgery
