Even though it is very, obviously a very busy surgery, I have never been made to feel rushed, and I have always felt that my issues mattered. Apart from the very odd occasion, everyone is always kind, friendly and very helpful. I think we are very lucky to have the surgery we do.

This isn’t really something that could be done better, but I would just keep an eye on new reception staff as they are not all as approachable and friendly as previously. I do, however understand that when they are approached by a patient, there may will be the anticipation of negativity.
