I turned up after responding to being called in to be told didn’t need an appt until August so this was time wasting for the surgery and myself

Because every 12 weeks I have an injection and the receptionist helped me get a next day appointment due to a staff problem on the actual day.

My appointment was a phone call to review tests. This was made following an appt I had to check BP and take bloods. Both these appts were efficient and effective. However, I also was able to get a face to face appointment following a visit to A&E in December. This was a useful and efficient appt.
