A very efficient and professional service from start to finish. My pneumonia jab was over in seconds and I was in and out within minutes thanks to a good job by Harriet.

Long waiting time on telephone to make an appointment for a GP. Often ends up being referred to a clinician rather than a GP which can result in having to book a further appointment rather than being dealt with at first visit. This wastes time and prolongs the treatment.
Suggested improvements
Improve direct access to GP so that any condition can be dealt with at first visit.

I have relieved very good treatment

Nothing could have been done better . Ì have had a wòond witch has been dressed twice a week for nearly 6 months and I have now been disgrarged þhanks to your very good nursing by Harriet and others.

If you complete the econsult, my experience is that you then get an appropriate appointment within a reasonable amount of time.
Suggested improvements
Make sure when appointments are sent out by text that they are accurate! It was only when I telephoned in advance that o discovered the telephone call I’d been told about by text was actually a face to face!
