I received excellent attention from Nurse Harriet today. She managed to remove my stitches very carefully and not cause me to much pain. She deemed it necessary for me to be seen by a Doctor and this happened asap.

I have emailed and had a response re the level of care awarded to me by a member of the Reception Team which could possibly have contributed to to an infection in my wound.

I was told by your staff a few weeks ago that I needed a smear test as it had been way over the 5 years. I couldn't remember how long ago it was. I have no access to a carand driver this week so had to use public transport. I need a chaperone at the moment as I'm having fainting spells, so arranged that. To get to the surgery to be told there was an error, I'm not due for another 8 months and there's no point in doing the smear this early as they won't test it at the lab. A totally wasted trip.

Checked your records first. Called me and cancelled
