The nurses are absolutely wonderful and always work above and beyond. Bravo to the nurses and handler my B12 injections. Bravo I say.

Would have been nice to have a latte and a biscuit while waiting!!! (JOKES) :)

Receptionists were not involved yesterday so that question is not applicable.
It is virtually impossible to get an appointment at Billingshurst Surgery or see a GP.
I seldom need a GP so it is galling when I cannot get in when I do need to see someone.

This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. I went in for a blood test, nurse was lovely, I had to make another appointment at the reception and the lady was very helpful

We love seeing Dr Hamilton as she has looked after us so well for the past 16 years and knows our medical history but I find it difficult to do the E Consult and have to walk up to make an appointment which is not easy at 86 years old
