If you ring at 8.00 all appointments gone, one receptionist is very grumpy.

Always a lengthy wait to get appointment
Had to spend several hours waiting on the phone but eventually got an appointment

This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful. The nurse I spoke to was not interested in answering any of the questions i had about contraceptive options. She kept saying she didn't know and that I would have to book an appointment with thr family planning centre. I understand that she doesn't specialise in family planning but she should have had an idea on what options are available and if the surgery even has a family planning centre but every question I asked was met with an "I don't know you'll have to talk to them". The usual nurse i see, Jane, is always happy to answer any questions i may have so I was not impressed by the service I received by this other nurse who I believe was called Anne.
The nurses are absolutely wonderful and always work above and beyond. Bravo to the nurses and handler my B12 injections. Bravo I say.
