If you ring at 8.00 all appointments gone, one receptionist is very grumpy.

More appointments but NHS is broken now and no party will ever have enough money to fix it, there are now too many people living in our small cointry.

Always a lengthy wait to get appointment

Had to spend several hours waiting on the phone but eventually got an appointment

Please make it easier to access medical care. When I did see the nurse she was very pleasant and efficient and prescribed the correct treatment

The nurse I spoke to was not interested in answering any of the questions i had about contraceptive options. She kept saying she didn't know and that I would have to book an appointment with thr family planning centre. I understand that she doesn't specialise in family planning but she should have had an idea on what options are available and if the surgery even has a family planning centre but every question I asked was met with an "I don't know you'll have to talk to them". The usual nurse i see, Jane, is always happy to answer any questions i may have so I was not impressed by the service I received by this other nurse who I believe was called Anne.

Suggested improvements
Educate your staff into giving their patients time to ask questions and not try and get them out the door as fast as possible. I felt like a liability being there.

The nurses are absolutely wonderful and always work above and beyond. Bravo to the nurses and handler my B12 injections. Bravo I say.

Would have been nice to have a latte and a biscuit while waiting!!! (JOKES) :)
