It's really hard to get an appointment, even if you phone at 8am. The staff are normally very pleasant when they answer.

I never have any issues getting an appointment apart from maybe having to wait on the phone for a few minutes, and everyone is always extremely helpful.

I wouldn’t say it’s easy as rarely possible to get one on the phone but having the option of the e-consult helps. However if you only want to ask the GP a question following an appt, it’s annoying to have to make another appt just for that (as happened to me recently).

I have had several occasions to call the surgery recently and have been truly grateful for the incredible service provided by the admin team. They have gone above and beyond on some very difficult days and have found appointments by juggling others. Every member of the team we have met have been professional, have moved mountains and have made a tremendous difference to mine and members of my families day to lives.
