I was told I’d be having a telephone appointment, I made sure I was available, and no call came. Still 24 hours later I’ve had no contact.

It is almost impossible to make an initial appointment. Follow up appointments made by a clinician are much easier.. My problem with my ear has been ongoing for probably weeks and only now being treated.
