Surgery has understood difficulties in being hearing impaired and have tried to accommodate the disability - solutions , for which I’m most grateful for .
New to the area and from day one they have always been available.
Phone lines seem to be permanently busy, it can take 30 mins to speak to someone. When you do get through they are very pleasant and helpful

This service is available between 7.00am and 10.00am and can be accessed via our website (https://www.billingshurstsurgery.co.uk/appointment-system.php) or if you have the NHS app, via the "ask my GP for advice" section in the NHS app, I hope you find this helpful.
