I arranged my appointment in response to a follow up text. I don’t know how easy it is to get an appointment by phone.

It appears there has been some good progress at Billingshurst Surgery against 1-2 years ago. I have yet to test how easy it is to get through in the phone and book an appointment. Well done so far.

I have been lucky this time. I waited a week to see the GP, who was 10/10 and asked me to book an ECG. The receptionist said the nurse would call, which she did and gave me an appointment for a couple of days time. I have also had pneumonia and shingles jab. Also a good experience.

I was very satisfied with everything.
