I have encountered significant issues with the scheduling of my annual health check-up, which is critical due to my mental health condition. My appointments for necessary blood tests have been cancelled twice at the last minute, causing me undue stress and leaving me without a clear path forward for my health monitoring. Unfortunately, after these cancellations, no alternative dates were provided, nor were any solutions offered to mitigate the situation. The lack of communication and support during these instances has been quite disappointing and unsettling, especially considering the importance of consistent medical care for managing my condition. It is crucial for healthcare providers to maintain reliable scheduling and offer immediate resolutions or alternatives when cancellations are unavoidable. I hope my feedback will prompt improvements in communication and scheduling reliability, ensuring that patients do not face similar inconveniences in the future.

The repeated last-minute cancellations of my appointments, with no follow-up solutions or communications, suggest a deeper systemic issue that may not be quickly rectifiable without significant changes in resources or processes.
