2 week wait for an appointment when concerns of skin Cancer. Another ,at least ,a month for hospital appointment now,

I was given an appointment very quickly. My experience with the receptionist, doctor and nurse was very good. I received my results and a response re my results on the same day. I cannot fault my experience in any way. Many thanks

Overall, I think the apt system is very fair and there are several ways you can request an apt (telephone, walk in, econsult, 111 etc). There can sometimes be a few weeks wait for apts that are non urgent, which can be frustrating when you are managing a long term illness, but the surgery is so super busy, I don’t think it’s u reasonable and I am usually able to get an apt quickly if it’s something more urgent or for the kids.

I don’t think there is anything that could have been improved on! I really would like to extend my thanks to whole of the surgery, because with you, we would be lost! It’s a hard time for the NHS, I know first hand as I work for them, but it’s the compassionate people that make the experience as smooth as possible.

Appointments made two weeks ago for thyroid blood test and COPD annual checkup made end to end to attend both on the same day worked very well for me.

The staff involved were efficient, knowledgeable and approachable
