If you do not phone at 8.00 it's impossible to get an appt unless you wait a week or more. So ften the receptionist comes over scarey and take it or leave it attitude. On this occasion the young lady I spoke was charming, helpful and made the booking efficient and pleasurable. So why cannot all receptionist work the same. Some just do not understand the possible anxiety of the patient.

I use the e consultation form. I seem to get an appointment better that way. And I don't have to wait on the phone.

Very efficient in replying with an appointment time and date
Nurse very helpful in explaining next steps, also messaged Dr Foster to clarify additional medication. Dr Foster called me within the hour.

I should have had stitches out of Friday but no appointments were available. So it happened on Monday. However the receptionist I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and went the extra mile to fit me in on Monday.
