I came for a prebooked covid vaccine. I found it extremely well organised, efficient and minimal wait particularly based on the numbers attending. Excellent planning.

I realise that it's not always possible to see a GP you know but I couldn't get an appointment with DR.Middleton or Dr. Hird (don't even know if he's there anymore)!!! So I have an appointment with Dr. Foster next week. No idea who he is.

I can't say at the moment what could be improved on as I don't have regular contact so I can't comment.

This is reference covid injection. The nurses lovely and kind. Got this appointment quite easily pity getting a Dr's appointment isn't the same. Tried for weeks to get an appointment to no avail. Everytime you eventually get through they are all gone.

Nothing reference the covid jab everyone done a brilliant job.

This particukar appointment apart, getting an appointment at the surgery generally is in the nain complete online lottery. As one has to make a separate appointment for each ailment, visits are not efficient for patients. There HAS to be a better way of organising these things
