I think there may have been a misunderstanding with the answerphone message here so to confirm we do allow appointment booking throughout the whole day, as long as appointments are available. We reserve the time between 8am and 9am for appointment booking only. This is to help the appointment calls be cleared each day before other matters are attended to. Our apologies for the confusion. It took approx 45 minutes until my call was answered to book a flu jab
Long queues on the telephone and difficult to get a same day appointment using the Ap as the Ap can take a while to show same day appointments even if you log on exactly at 8am
Vaccinations were booked by phone and carried out efficiently. There was. No need for any consultation as I knew what was happening. It is difficult to get an appointment and I will be trying to get one for some information about my knee as I have not heard anything since June.
