My appointment to have my Covid and Flu jabs was perfect. Quick, efficient and the staff were all very friendly and courteous. Getting appointments to see a doctor is another matter. Very, very frustrating.

Make it easier to get an appointment to see a doctor.

Need more doctors at the surgery, but doctors that are there very professional Waiting for a call from COPD Nurse , been waiting 2 weeks now

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Appointments were on time and practitioner very skilled and professional. Explained the treatment and procedures clearly.

My appointment was great but only because I didn't have to deal with reception who don't always seem to know what's going on and my doctor is lovely. If you can bypass reception the doctors and nurses in there are fantastic. Some of the reception staff however make it tempting to try a surgery in an area further from home.

You can never get an appointment at Billingshurst surgery unless you predict 3 weeks in advance that you might need a doctor.
