Came in for a flu jab, very efficient straight in and out within 10 mins
Overall a very experience in getting Covid and Flu jabs
This is a general answer as my appt was for covid/flu jab so appt was not urgent due to illness.
With a growing village it’s becoming increasingly difficult to get an appt. This is through no fault of the surgery more an issue with NHS overall
Receptionists always helpful on the phone. Repeat medications always promptly authorised for Lloyds Direct Online. Areeba very helpful in diagnosing recent back issues and seeing physio privately after referral. Dr Mason very helpful, understanding & thoughtful on recent telephone consultation. Dr Saunders yesterday was very friendly, positive, communicative, efficient and careful doing covid booster and flu jab. I came away very reassured and knowing of any possible side effects and what to do/take if needed to.

It is incredibly difficult to make an appointment and usually requires very long waits to speak to a receptionist, followed by a conversation about there being no appointments available. Slightly better for Covid/flu jabs and nurse appointments.
