Too few appointments with too many patients. Process via telephone very frustrating to regularly wait over 25 mins

My doctor and my nurses have gone above and beyond to make sure I get the right care for me. They have been thorough and quick with their follow ups and kept me informed through all the steps.

Have no problem getting an appointment
Lovely staff, helpful doctor, and e-booking very efficient. Ringing surgery for an appointment is much more difficult
Nurse practitioners are particularly brilliant - kind, efficient and knowledgeable.
