On this occasion i was able to get an appointment very easily.

Just very painless. Staff super friendly. Took blood really well with minimum fuss. Nothing to criticise really tbh. Given the strains on the nhs this surgery seems to be doing very well indeed. Carry on the good work!

When you call at 8am there are so many people on the line. If you are lucky then the call back system is good. Unfortunately when you do manage to speak to a receptionist about an appointment they have gone and so have the following week’s appointments. I did manage to get an appointment after visiting the surgery, although not for that week. My experience with the staff. They are very nice and helpful. :)

If all the appointments have gone there is not much else they can do. I don’t work there so I don’t know the protocol so I can’t make an opinion and blame the staff.
