Any appointment is hard to come by owing to the large number of registered patients and the low number of qualified staff.However, once an appointment can be made the service is consistently excellent.

I was seen on time by a most helpful nurse. I have no complaints.

I had a call back and was added to the duty list. A fabulous nurse called me back and then asked me to come down to the surgery. She could not have been more helpful, kind and thorough. I’m just hoping the prescription she gave me will do the trick now!

I really can’t think of anything! You’re all wonderful.

Experience with nurse for travel jabs was excellent. For normal appointments for a doctor is almost impossible.

I often can't get through on phone. Then all appointments are gone. Phoning at 8am is often impossible as I am driving to work. Surgery is shut at lunch time when I can use my phone Etc

That's a hard one...get more doctors, open another surgery, have a late night opening once a week, allow to book an appointment further in to the future, apply penalties to those who don't turn up for a good reason, etc
