My experience yesterday was brilliant. When i rang at 8, I was second in the queue and got an appointment for 930 without having to negotiate why I needed one! I don't think this has ever happened before!

I have only lived in Horsham for nearly two years, most of which has been restricted by Covid 19 so, I haven’t been able to have many in-person consultations.

My entire experience was great.
Emily McDonald was very helpful, listening closely to my concerns and suggesting, then explaining, alternative treatments whilst also taking onboard my own suggestion and facilitating it.
First class!
