I can only get appointments via the e consult system which is fine if its not something urgent.

Nothing during my time at the surgery. Generally, being able to get an appointment more easily would be better but I know that's not easy given the current situation.

I called the practice expecting a long wait,however my call was answered straight away and I was offered an appointment the next week. I wasn’t expecting that. Non urgent (not dying) so prepared to wait. Resectionist was very helpful. Wow what a fantastic new surgery!!20+ rooms, clean, ,fresh and so well laid out. My doctor was great, took time to care and my next appointment booked there and then. Thank you all.

For me update the App to reflect appointments so you don’t have to call. The only appointments showing up on the app are “ bloods” nothing for appointments in 12 weeks!!!

Telephone call very detailed and thorough. Appointment system is somewhat difficult but it worked well this time.

It takes too long to get through on the phone and once you do, it takes a long time for a phone consultation and even longer fir a “face to face” appt.

I was surprised that the nurses didn’t know what blood tests they were required to take. I could only guess myself but thought it would have been entered onto my computerised record.
